A positive NPS indicates satisfaction, with scores above 50% signaling exceptional service and loyalty.The average staffing industry NPS score is around 36%.

In 2025, Staff Pro received a satisfaction score of 9 out of 10 from 93% of their clients through ClearlyRated, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 55%.
